DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Recent Census data show a more diverse US workforce than ever, and Diversity is once again in the headlines...

Does your company have what it takes to attract quality diversity candidates? According to most experts, it takes Diversity to get Diversity:

A recent survey found that 32% of Latino job seekers had eliminated a company from consideration because of its record on diversity. And it's not just "Diversity marketing" that matters...another study shows that most diversity job seekers seek a sincere corporate culture.

Why does it matter? More companies than ever are starting to see that corporate diversity is tied to financial success. Bottom line: Companies whose internal make-up does not reflect their customer base are at risk of losing market share.

As always, we love to hear from you. If you have suggestions on future topics, just drop us a line.
