Description

The Showroom Manager will pro-actively promote and represent Bentley Prince Street to all customers, sales representatives and other associates. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting sales representatives on various sales functions to include end user management, interact with various departments at the mill including Customer care, Shipping, Credit and the Custom Development team. Manage the S&OP report process; fill in for Sales Representative when off site. Also assist with the sample order requests. Assist with various projects for the Regional VP, including proposal contracts and presentations, organizing and coordinating client events. Manage Showroom personnel, schedules and overall maintenance of such. Other responsibilities as needed to maintain an efficient, professional and organized customer friendly environment.


Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience with direct customer contact preferred.
Previous experience with design, floor covering business preferred.
Bachelor's degree or similar educational background preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to include presentations required.
Minimum of 3 years utilizing Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and PowerPoint, Excel and Windows applications required.
Previous experience with ConQuest and AS400 system preferred.
Willing to work various work schedules that may involve evenings and weekends.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their expenses, complying with safety rules, environmental regulations and all other Company Policies and Procedures.

This position reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales Eastern Region of Bentley Prince Street.
